  • Is the clothes swap free to attend?
We ask for a minimum €2 donation to attend our swap events. You can pay when buying a ticket on Eventbrite.
  • What is a clothes swap?
This is an event where you can swap your previously loved clothes with other people. At our events we invite people to donate clean, good quality clothes and in return they can take clothes that others have donated. There are a few ways a clothes swap can be organised.
  • How many things can I bring?
At our clothes swaps, we allow you to bring 1-5 items of clean, good quality clothes. In return you can take 1-5 items home with you. If you want to check out the event but you’re unsure about parting with your beloved clothes, you’re welcome to come along and see if clothes swapping is for you.
  • What can/can't I bring?
You can bring: Up to 5 items of clothes Men’s and/or women’s clothes Clothes that are in good quality A positive attitude :) You can’t bring: Shoes, accessories or bags Underwear, swimwear, pj’s Children’s clothes A bad attitude :(
  • Do you accept children's clothes?
Unfortunately we haven’t set up a children’s swap. We are powered by volunteers and we are doing the best we can. We think a children’s swap is a brilliant idea. We encourage parents to organise regular swap events in their children’s schools.
  • Where is the clothes swap?
We host two swaps every month in Rebel Reads Bookshop and St. Peter's. Check out our events page to find their locations.
  • How can I help?
We are completely run by the passion and support of our volunteers. We are always open to people joining the team. As our goal is not to make money, our events are almost free. Therefore by donating, you help keep this project running. You can spread the word by leaving a review on Google. Our ultimate goal is to spread the concept of swapping clothes far and wide. If you want to chat about furthering our mission, get in touch!
  • I love buying new clothes, and I don't want to stop. What should I do?
Hey, so first of all don’t beat yourself up. We all love wearing beautiful clothes. It would be great if we could all become minimalists, but we are not holding our breath. We recommend educating yourself on the fashion industry so you can make informed consumer choices.
